 Verificata One of the best Airbnb apartments I’ve ever stayed in! Perfectly located in the heart of Mestre, yet incredibly quiet, with the added bonus of private parking. The apartment is beautifully furnished, with tasteful, modern décor and brand-new furniture. Spotlessly clean throughout, and the host was exceptionally kind, helpful, and welcoming.  Verificata Excelente lugar, 100% lo recomiendo, estación de tranvia a solo 5 minutos caminando, te lleva directo a plaza de Roma en Venecia en 15 minutos desde donde puedes caminar por los canales o tomar el barco que te pasea por los canales (recomiendo el pase de 24hrs.  Verificata We had a wonderful stay at Ely’s apartment. Ely was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. The apartment is very spacious, modern and feels brand new. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Having a private parking space was also a great advantage, especially since we were travelling by car. The tram stop is just a short walk away, making it very easy and convenient to get to Venice. We felt very comfortable and truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Venice. Highly recommended!

 Verificata Elisabetta und Massimo haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Sie haben uns alles erklärt und auch Empfehlungen für Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Transportmittel etc. gegeben. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Alle Fenster sind mit Mosquitonetzen ausgestattet, im Juli sehr hilfreich.Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man erreicht fußläufig alles was man braucht.

☺The apartment is modern, spacious, clean, cozy and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Perfect for a family.
The hosts are super friendly, the communication was clear and prompt, great experience overall! 
You can get to Venice by tram in 15-20 min, the tram stop is just 5 min away from the apartment.

☺ Super lokacija. Zbog parkinga smo birali Mestre, domaćin Massimo predivan host. Dočekao nas je s ključevima i svim informacijama. Autobus vozi do centra, stanica je jako blizu. Ma sve preporuke.

 Verificata Elisabetta und Massimo waren sehr Gastfreundlich und jeder Zeit hilfsbereit. Sie gaben uns auch sehr gute Tipps für Venedig und Umgebung. Vielen lieben Dank nochmals. Die Wohnung war perfekt! Die Schlafzimmer waren gross und mit viel Stauraum. Die zwei Badezimmer waren ebenso gross.Auch die Küche war gross und hatte alles. Wir brauchten sie nicht da es überall in Mestre und Venedig super Restaurants gibt.Die Lage ist sensationell wenn man Mestre, Venedig und Umgebung entdecken möchte. Die Tramlinie T1 ist 3 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt und fährt dich in 20 Minuten nach Venedig oder in 5 Minuten nach Mestre Zentrum. Zu Fuss ca. 10 Minuten. Fazit: Absolut zu empfehlen. Wenn wir wieder nach Venedig kommen würden wir nur hier Wohnen wollen.P.s. Wir waren die 1. November Woche da und es war sehr angenehm da es eher wenig Touristen gab.Nochmals vielen lieben Dank für dieses tolle Ereignis Elisabetta und Massimo.
